YogaFit® Club Series

YogaFit® Club Series brings carefully choreographed, yoga-based classes to your gym or health club that will move your participants in a flowing yet SAFE manner through poses that will build strength, flexibility and balance. YogaFit® combines traditional yoga poses while incorporating the most up-to-date exercise science practices. Safety is further enhanced by YogaFit's unique Seven Principles of Alignment® and its Three Mountain Format®, both of which will be easily understood and integrated by your members.

YogaFit®, a partner of the American Council on Exercise® (ACE®), is the only approved CEC provider offering 200 and 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher programs accredited by the Yoga Alliance® that is targeted towards the fitness professional.
